Registration Process

Due to high demand, VEDP has a new registration process for trade shows. From April 1, 2024 at 8:00am to April 30, 2024 at midnight (Eastern), businesses will be able to register their interest in exhibiting in the Virginia booth. Businesses may register their interest at any time during this round of registration in April; there is no advantage to registering early in the month.

If more businesses register interest than the available number of spaces, participation will become a competitive process. Businesses that demonstrate higher export readiness, more experience with export sales and trade shows, and a greater anticipated impact on Virginia will be prioritized for participation. This information will be collected on the registration form. The number of trade shows a company is participating in and prior participation in the same trade show may also be considered to allow more Virginia businesses to participate.

During the month of May, the forms to register interest will be closed. Businesses that are selected to participate will be asked to confirm their participation. Those businesses will need to complete a separate registration form and pay any applicable registration fees by May 31, 2024.

On June 1, 2024, the forms to register interest will re-open for any trade shows that still have spaces remaining. After completing the interest form, businesses that are eligible to participate will be invited to confirm participation on a first-come, first-served basis. If these events become sold out, a waitlist will be available.

Trade Show Details

Trade Show Dates: June 3 - 5, 2025

Trade Show Fee: $2,500 - This fee includes two attendees. The fee does not include airfare, lodging, or meals.

What is included?

Each participating company will receive:

• Entries in all official show exhibitor listings

• A LCD screen in the booth to display your company's video, or presentation.
• A counter and stool in the booth to display marketing materials, product samples, etc. Each counter will have an electrical outlet.
• A printed graphic on the booth wall featuring your company’s logo
• Access to shared booth furniture. The Virginia booth will have a lockable storage closet and a small meeting table with chairs.
• Two exhibitor badges per registered company
• VEDP assistance before and during the trade show
